Sat, Oct 27th, 1 – 4.30pm
Come spend a rejuvenating afternoon of exploration and connection! Musician, educator, author, sound healer and listening specialist, Elizabeth Grambsch, M.A., presents the keynote “Listening to the Rhythms of Your Heart”. Discover how the rhythm of your heart creates a resonant field that informs the quality of your perceptions, your ability to think with your whole brain and to listen with your whole heart. Come ready to deepen your listening, sound your instrument, and play and grow from the core of your creative center.
After a snack & break, choose from 3 break-out sessions:
- Moving With Passion, where you can move and play with heart rhythms
- Self-portraiture as a Tool For Self-Discovery where you can explore the rhythms of your life using a camera (please bring a camera to workshop)
- Needle Felting where you will create a beautiful emblem of whole-heartedness.
